It was probably a year or so ago that I took a very difficult call from the writer of the e-mail below frustrated and upset that yet another person had been appointed and that the whole process seemed to be going back to square one, with the client having to explain what they do, who their suppliers are etc; an understandable concern when the claims were already over a year old.

A key turning point in the claim was when a meeting was facilitated at the BJ Ball offices (client, client executive, Nick, Underwriters and Loss Assessors) and Nick taught everyone (BI assessors included) a lesson on BI and how it works.
